PizzaDAO Proposal Recipe

🍕 Ingredient #1: Claim Your Discord Role

1. Go to the #collabland-join Channel in Discord.
2. Connect your wallet using the prompt or type /connect.
3. Get your role based on owning a Rare Pizza Box or Rare Pizza NFT.
   Note: Make sure you're connecting to the official bot to avoid scams.

🍕 Ingredient #2: Create Your Proposal

Connect to the PizzaDAO Poll Creator and follow these 12 steps:

1. Enter Poll Title: Type in the name of your event. E.g: ETHDenver Pizza Party
2. Select Channel: Select the "proposals" channel.
3. Fill Poll Options: Aye, Nay, Abstain
4. Enter Description:
   Fill the description field following the template provided below. If it's not fit your proposal, check here for more templates.
5. Leave "allow anyone to add poll option" deselected
6. Select Mentions: Tag yourself, your proposal sponsor (if applicable), and Don Scrimmy John. In 'Roles', tag @Super Voter.
7. Keep "Single Vote Per User" selected
8. Select "Anonymous"
9. Enter End Time: Fill field with: "In 7 Days"
10. Enter Image:
    Insert link to image here. Flyer images can be powerful to make your proposal stand out!
11. Select Role Restrictions:
    Enter 'Box Mafia' & 'Pizza Mafia'.
    This is very important as we only allow our box and pizza NFT holders the ability to vote.
12. Submit with the "Create Poll" button

🍕 Ingredient #3: Submit Your Proposal for Review

If you would like to have a governance crew member review your proposal before submitting, copy and paste your description above, post it in this thread here, and tag @Governance.

✅ Once you're ready, submit your proposal using the "Create Poll" button in the PizzaDAO Discord poll builder.

🍕 Ingredient #4: Payments

If your proposal has passed, please fill out the payment form here.

Payments are typically processed within 7 days. Submit at least 14 days before your event for timely delivery. Urgent requests may be delayed.

For a proposal to pass, it must have more Ayes than Nays and the combined total of Ayes + Abstains must be more than the threshold required for the dollar amount of the proposal. Voting is one vote per PizzaDAO member.

🍕 Ingredient #5: Ayes + Abstains Needed

• 15 for proposals ≤ $625
• 25 for proposals $625–$2500
• 35 for everything else
